For Healthcare Organizations
Accessibility infrastructure for healthcare organizations.
Patients reach care through websites, scheduling pages, sign-in screens, and physical locations. Accibly gives healthcare teams one structured way to understand, prioritize, and track accessibility across those digital and physical environments.
Where Accibly Fits
The places patients meet your organization.
Accibly assesses the public pages you submit against WCAG 2.0, 2.1, and 2.2 Level A and AA success criteria, and supports structured physical accessibility assessments of the locations you operate.
Public healthcare websites
Assess the pages patients rely on to find services, locations, and contact details, with each issue reported by severity.
Scheduling and patient portal entry points
Assess the public pages patients use to reach appointment scheduling and portal sign-in, including keyboard and focus handling, form labeling, and color contrast. This covers those public pages, not the signed-in portal itself.
Digital forms
Assessments examine form labeling, ARIA usage, and keyboard access on the pages you submit, so request and contact forms on public pages are reviewed with the rest of the page.
Multi-location organizations
Continuous Monitoring covers a set of websites sized to your plan, and the Physical Accessibility Portfolio Pack provides assessment credits usable across one property or several.
Physical locations
Structured physical accessibility assessments create an organized record of observed conditions across healthcare locations.
How Accibly Supports the Work
Structured guidance, from first assessment to ongoing practice.
The same products Accibly offers every organization, organized around how healthcare teams work.
Prioritized, developer-ready guidance
Each issue includes its severity, an explanation, and an example element from the page, with enough detail for a developer to locate and fix it. Intelligent Reports add a phased remediation roadmap: Immediate, Next 7 Days, Next 30 Days, and Long Term.
Continuous monitoring
Re-scan monitored websites from your dashboard within your plan's limits, and review accessibility trends across your assessment history.
Stakeholder and procurement reporting
Accibly Intelligent Reports present accessibility risk, progress, and coverage in language suited to leadership and procurement stakeholders, alongside the detail technical teams need.
Coordinated digital and physical practice
Digital assessments and physical assessments each follow a structured, repeatable approach, so digital and facilities teams can work from consistent records instead of unrelated one-off reports.
Scope and Limitations
What an assessment covers, and what it does not.
- The public assessment evaluates the public URLs you submit. Automated checks identify many common issues, not all of them, and do not establish compliance.
- Signed-in patient portals are not assessed by the current public assessment. Reviewing a public page that leads to a portal sign-in is not an assessment of the portal.
- PDFs and other public documents are not assessed by the current public assessment.
- Monitoring re-scans are started from your dashboard by your team. They do not run on an automatic schedule.
- Accibly does not replace architects, engineers, certified accessibility professionals, code officials, legal counsel, or regulatory inspections.
