For Government and Public Agencies
Accessibility infrastructure for public agencies.
Residents reach public services through websites, online forms, published information, and public facilities. Accibly gives agencies and departments a structured, repeatable way to understand, prioritize, and track accessibility across those digital and physical environments.
Where Accibly Fits
The places residents meet public services.
Accibly assesses the public pages you submit against WCAG 2.0, 2.1, and 2.2 Level A and AA success criteria, and supports structured physical accessibility assessments of the facilities you operate.
Public service websites
Assess the pages residents rely on to find services, programs, and contact information, with each issue reported by severity.
Online forms and resident services
Assess the public pages residents use to request services and submit information, including form labeling, keyboard and focus handling, and color contrast. Signed-in resident accounts are not part of this assessment.
Public information pages
Assessments examine the structure of the web pages that publish public notices and link to documents. Downloadable files such as PDFs are not assessed, so their accessibility should be reviewed separately.
Department and agency website portfolios
Continuous Monitoring covers a set of department or program websites sized to your plan, tracked from one dashboard instead of one-off checks per site.
Physical public facilities
Structured physical accessibility assessments create an organized record of observed conditions across public facilities.
How Accibly Supports the Work
Structured guidance that holds up over time.
The same products Accibly offers every organization, organized around how agencies and departments work.
Prioritized, developer-ready guidance
Each issue includes its severity, an explanation, and an example element from the page, with enough detail for a developer to locate and fix it. Intelligent Reports add a phased remediation roadmap: Immediate, Next 7 Days, Next 30 Days, and Long Term.
Continuous monitoring
Re-scan monitored websites from your dashboard within your plan's limits, and review accessibility trends across your assessment history.
Stakeholder and procurement reporting
Accibly Intelligent Reports present accessibility risk, progress, and coverage in language suited to leadership, procurement, and vendor-review processes, alongside the detail technical teams need.
Shared visibility across departments
Digital Organization keeps assessment history owned by your organization and visible to every authorized member, with roles for owners, admins, members, and viewers.
Repeatable practice over time
Repeat assessments and re-scans build an accessibility history for each property, so progress can be reviewed over time rather than reconstructed from scattered reports.
Scope and Limitations
What an assessment covers, and what it does not.
- The public assessment evaluates the public URLs you submit. Automated checks identify many common issues, not all of them, and do not establish compliance.
- Signed-in resident accounts and services are not assessed by the current public assessment. Reviewing a public page that leads to a resident sign-in is not an assessment of the signed-in service.
- PDFs and other public documents are not assessed by the current public assessment.
- Monitoring re-scans are started from your dashboard by your team. They do not run on an automatic schedule.
- Accibly does not replace architects, engineers, certified accessibility professionals, code officials, legal counsel, or regulatory inspections.
